Who is United Oil?

UNITED OIL is part of the Wiranto Group of Companies that specialise in Mining, Ship Building, Harbour Control, Manufacture and Repair of Earthmoving and Industrial Equipment, and of course, the manufacture of the highest quality lubricants.

What about delivery and service systems?

We have a dedicated delivery system in place with a major national transport company and our teams of sales and service staff are represented in all states of Australia. They are committed to servicing your needs and bringing you efficiently, the highest quality oils and lubricants at the best possible price

Is it true that warranties may currently be at risk?

Yes. New stringent standards jointly developed by auto and oil industry experts represent significant performance upgrades from previous oils. Most vehicle manufacturers recommend only oils bearing the Starburst symbol. Failure to use the recommended oil can result in vehicle damage not covered by your warranty. read more

Why haven't I heard about this certification issue before?

You'll find that other oil companies are certified in other parts of the world but because of the relatively small market in Australia, consumers here have been neglected and quality standard not enforced. This is about to change.

How can you provide a better oil at a cheaper price?

Due to the use of the latest fully automated equipment manufacturing technologies and a micro-managed business management and delivery model, we at United Oil are able to keep prices of these highest quality products significantly cheaper than our competitors. Our fully automated manufacturing plants do not require labour intensity and our business infrastructure is not top heavy with executives or middle management personnel.

How can I on-sell this new oil to my clients?

Customers will be happy that you are now providing the factory recommended oil, a fully certified oil and an oil that saves them money on fuel, repairs and helps protect the environment. We have also designed customer appeasement letters, referral loyalty cards to create broad awareness, committed users and product networking.

How did United Oil get certification while other name brand oils didn't?

Many of the other oil companies have certification for their product overseas but not in Australia. Many then manufacture the oil locally and are not willing to pay and have that oil scrutinized for such a relatively small market. United products are fully imported.
