A patented formulation utilizing a blend of highly refined base oils and additives, this super tacky extreme pressure formulation contains tackiness agents that permit it to tenaciously adhere to surfaces protecting saw teeth and chains from abrasive wear as well as advanced anti-corrosive additives to protect from rust.

Providing exceptional protection to cutting surfaces USS Chain and Bar Oil can be applied manually or in automatic lubrication systems, is washout resistant and particularly recommended for use where performance and longevity is important. Providing optimum lubrication at both low start up temperatures and high operational temperatures USS Chain and Bar Oil has added extreme pressure additives that prevent wear and withstand high loads.

USS Chain and Bar Oil provides maximum adhesion and resists wipe off, protecting the cutting surface up to 20% longer than conventional chain oil. USS Chain and Bar will adhere to the working surfaces of cutter bars, chains and scissor snickers in high speed applications resulting in less oil used and less down time sharpening chains, drills and blades, saving time and money.

Available in a wide variety of ISO Viscosity grades, USS Hydraulic Oil HV is a petroleum based oil formulated using highly refined base stocks and balanced additives packages recommended for use in hydraulic systems, transmissions and pumps operating in a wide variety of conditions and temperatures. The formulations high viscosity indexes and low pour points provide proper flow at cold temperatures and exceptional fluid film strength at high temperatures.

The highly refined additives package used in Hydraulic Oil HV includes a shear stable viscosity index improver as well as anti wear agents providing exceptional protection all year round. A state of the art formulation that produces a line of universal anti wear, long life hydraulic oils providing the wear characteristics required in the most severe applications, including stressed hydraulic systems and high pressure vane pumps. USS Hydraulic Oil HX is formulated with ashless and zinc free additives that make it suitable for pumps containing steel on bronze as well as silver plate lubrication surfaces. Possessing excellent thermal and oxidative stability thanks to its fully synthetic content, they function for much longer operational periods without forming sludge, varnish or other degradation by products which adversely affect the operation and performance of today’s modern hydraulic system components and filtration systems.

Possessing excellent hydrolytic stability and providing protection to all hydraulic system components, even in the presence of moisture, Hydraulic Oil HX is also resistant to foaming and aeration that could result in erratic equipment operation and increased oxidation.

Note: Additives in inferior Hydraulic Oil breaks down in conditions of high temperature and moisture forming acids that can attack copper, alloys, brass and bronze.

Hydraulic Oil UTF is a transmission oil blended from Paraffinic base oils and selected additives offering high levels of protection against corrosion and mechanical wear. Specifically formulated for use in mobile plant hydraulic equipment and power shift requirements, Hydraulic Oil UTF provides excellent friction control, less brake noise, reduced gear wear, excellent elastomer compatibility and oxidation stability for Power Shift Transmissions, Final Drive and Hydraulic Systems.

USS Compressor Oil is a mineral based lubricant designed for use in air compressors and high temperature circulating systems where freedom from deposit formation is desired. Formulated from high quality base oils and utalising special additives including our special non-hydrolyzing anti wear additive, USS Compressor Oil separates readily from water and is resistant to oxidation minimising the formation of acidic oxidation that can lead to system corrosion and oil failure.

Reduced wear as a result of excellent rust protection and tough film strength, even in high temperatures, USS Compressor Oil provides a high level of resistance to deposit formation and outstanding oxidation stability extending valve cleaning intervals.

Reinforced with advanced detergent components preventing the formation of varnish and carbon, USS Compressor Oils Advanced Formulation inhibits the formation of sludge, prevents plugging of compressor vane slots and keeps compressor cylinders, check valves and discharge lines clean. Supreme all round performance provides low wear rates and a long service life, 4000 hours in screw type and reciprocating compressors and 2000 hours in Hydrovane type compressors.

USS Compressor Oil grades 32, 46, and 68 are recommended for all rotary screw compressors and oil grades 100 and 150 for reciprocating compressors operating under severe conditions. Hydrovane type compressors should use Compressor Oil 150. All grades of USS Compressor Oil can be used as a hydraulic oil where the application calls for Non-Zinc oil type where there are pumps with silver plated surfaces.

Formulated from taylor made synthetic base stocks and reinforced with carefully selected additives, USS Synthetic Compressor Oil separates readily from water and is resistant to oxidation at all operating temperatures from the arctic cold to the desert heat, minimizing the formation of acidic oxidation that can lead to system corrosion and oil failure. A superior extra high viscosity index provides stable viscosity characteristics and maintains a tough fluid film at high operating temperatures while maintaining low temperature fluidity.

Reinforced with advanced detergent components preventing the formation of varnish and carbon, USS Synthetic Compressor Oils Advanced Formulation inhibits the formation of sludge, prevents plugging of compressor vane slots and keeps compressor cylinders, check valves and discharge lines clean. USS Soluble Cutting Oil is a water soluble metal working fluid formulated to form a very stable milky emulsion of high lubricity when mixed with water at a wide range of dilutions. Rock Drill Oils are a blend of highly refined base oils and special additives producing a superior lubricant for air powered equipment. Its natural high viscosity index provides optimum lubrication in both low start up temperatures and high operational temperatures. Extreme pressure additives prevent wear and withstand high loads often encountered in Rock Drills, jackhammers and other pneumatic equipment.

USS Rockdrill Oils contain special tackiness agents that permit them to tenaciously adhere to cylinder walls and other lubricated surfaces as well as fortified with extreme pressure additives that protect rock drills against wear caused by high load shocks.

Suitable for use in all types of pneumatic equipment including Rock Drills, Jackhammers, Paving Breakers, Pile Drivers and Air Tools.
