TRACK TESTED PERFORMANCE

A specialty lubricant manufacturer supplying private labels, United Oil decided to promote its very own brand and proprietary formulas into the Australian Market in recent years and entered the Fujitsu V8 Supercar category to promote its own brand for the first time in 2005 with John Henderson’s 56 AU Falcon and the Messertech Racing Developments Team. Successfully testing ranges of Full and Semi Synthetic Oil and Lube products in the high thrust, extreme conditions experienced on the race track, United Oil products were confirmed to exceed expectations.
There is a fresh change coming!
 After only 2 rounds of torturous testing with Messertech we had already received early reports of excellent performance. An early obvious standout was stable and consistent oil pressure in high temperatures, coinciding with reduced engine, gear box and diff temperatures. A not so obvious result became apparent when the engine was torn down for its first scheduled service and inspection. To everybody’s surprise (except the team at USS) the engine was exceptionally clean. Engine deposits which had been deemed normal were just not there, proving once and for all that engine sludge does not necessarily have to be considered a normal occurrence. The component wear rate was significantly reduced and debris was practically non existent. With basically a check and service the engine was reassembled and finished the 2005 season. Remarkable consistent performance throughout the season, even though results were expected, United Oil couldn’t have hoped for a better racing debut.
 Encouraged by the success of 2005, United Oil continued testing in the Fujitsu category in 06-07-08 with the Hobson Motorsports Team and to a lessor extent Shane Beikoff Racing and moved into other motorsport categories by supporting the likes of POP Racing in Burnouts and Drag Racings Super Sedans 05-06-07-08, Caffé Racing in Sidecar 06-07, Crossroads Motorsports in Drag Racings SuperCharged Outlaws & Funny Cars 06-07-08, Team Lamborghini Melbourne in the GT Class 07-08, Briffa Racing Team in Production Cars 07-08, Rob Taylor Racing in the Litre Sprint Car Class 07-08, Ballistic Drag Racing in the Funnybike Category 08, Sureflo Racing in the Drifting Category 08 and welcome the addition of John Harders Racing & Rod Francis Racing in the Midget Sprint Car category to the USS Family in 08-09.
